As far back as I can remember, I was in my most happy place when I was:

1 – creating beautiful things with great discipline and meticulous detail, and

2 – meeting new people, learning and connecting over their stories.

It only took about 4 decades (and a whole other first corporate career in the nuclear industry) to figure it out, but working in the world of interior design fulfills both of these drives. Creativity + connection - all day, every day. I’ll take it!

And guess what? I’ve been through it myself. When we relocated from Toronto to Ottawa and couldn’t find what we were looking for in the housing stock, we decided to embark on the exciting adventure of designing and building our own custom home. It’s a very special experience. But it is also one that takes a heck of a lot of time, energy and know-how to achieve a beautiful, functional, cohesive and quality result.

I now get to bring this personal experience, my corporate background and creative eye into your home. I’ve met some wonderful people and played my part in some amazing projects and I’m so grateful to be doing this work. I cannot wait to connect with you, learn YOUR story and help to make your home, your happy place.
